Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery to Australia is 8–12 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 9–15 business days. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required. The price you see at checkout is the final amount charged.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order on ourTrack Your Order page.
Please contact us at support@luna-mae.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order and before dispatch. Once dispatched, you can return the item once it arrives under our Return & Refund Policy.
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@luna-mae.com or via our Contact page and we will investigate for you.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
Contact us at support@luna-mae.com or via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item is defective or we made an error, we cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time depending on your payment provider.
Contact us as soon as possible at support@luna-mae.com with photos and a description of the issue. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for products with a major failure.
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact us before returning the item so we can confirm availability and guide you through the process.
Sizing & Fit
Each product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to the size chart before ordering.
If the size isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery under our change-of-mind return policy. The item must be unworn with tags attached. Contact us at support@luna-mae.com or via our Contact page to arrange a return or exchange.
Our clothing generally runs true to size. However, fit can vary between styles. We always recommend checking the size guide on the product page for the most accurate fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
